"THE DRAGE"

 

The Drage, a mythical creature that has captivated human imagination for centuries, is none other than the magnificent dragon. The dragon holds a special place in Chinese mythology and is often depicted as a powerful and benevolent creature, embodying the forces of nature and representing good fortune and prosperity. They are benevolent protectors and guardians, bestowing luck and fortune upon those who respect and honor them.

"DEFINING TRUE COLORS"

The art is tittled "Defining True Colors". The color schemed that used is Tetrad or Rectangular, the inspiration behind that art is myself. The art want to deliver short but sweet message, "It's okay to hide your true colors in the closet, but defining and showcasing it will make a big difference". Let your true colors shine.

"CERBERUS"

Cerberus is a multi-headed dog from Greek mythology who guards the gates of the Underworld, preventing the dead from departing and the living from entering. He is typically represented with three heads, while some legends claim he has fifty, snakes growing from his back, and a serpent's tail.

"GUMAMELA SUNRISE"

 

As the petals of gumamela flower, also known as hibiscus, dance in a symphony of rich colors, "Gumamela Sunrise" effortlessly captures the essence of a tranquil dawn. This artwork is a tribute to my love for gumamela and my favorite stunning scenery of sunrise with the used of analogous color scheme. It captures the gumamela flower's graceful bloom under the morning sun, creating a visual symphony of warm hues. The artwork captures not just the stunning beauty of the gumamela flower but also inspires feelings of hope, positivity, and renewal as the sun rises for a new beginning. "THE POLLUTED CITY"

The art is inspired from the Polluted City of Manila and the art form that we used is Abstract Expressionism. Living in a polluted city, one cannot escape the daily encounter with the adverse effects of pollution be it smog-filled air, contaminated waterways, or the visual blight of littered streets. These works serve as a mirror, reflecting the realities of a polluted city in a way that resonates with the viewers. It acts as a powerful voice, raising awareness, inspiring action, and fostering connections within communities. Urban places that leads to polluted city. Home, to be called by others but city is a trap. Growing numbers of people that makes our called "home" polluted. Destroyed environmental resources and fresh air filled with smoke from vehicle and factories. Still hoping that next generation will experience fresh air to breathe.
